Return Policy
We have a NO REFUND policy as most of our items are customized and we are unable to resell them. We also perform quality control to be sure that you receive the best quality product as possible. We perform quality control checks before any item leaves the building. We do allow exchanges to accommodate different sizes, colors, etc. that may have been mistakenly ordered. Each customer will be responsible for return cost unless otherwise noted by DLT Customs.
